How we work
How we work
We are an electrical contracting business based in Mullumbimby, NSW, doing residential, commercial and solar work across the region. That mix is deliberate. It means the crew who wire your renovation are the same crew who can come back and put a battery in later, and it means we are not learning solar on your roof.
The way a job runs is the same whatever the size of it. You tell us what is going on, we ask enough questions to know what the work actually involves, and we agree clear pricing before anyone starts. Then we do the work, leave the site tidy, and invoice what we agreed. The workmanship is warranted for 24 months either way.
Most of what we do is repeat work and referrals, which only happens if you turn up when you said you would and the job holds up afterwards. That is the whole strategy.

Licensed and accredited

Licensed in NSW and Queensland
NSW Lic No. 483884C and QLD Lic No. 1514062. Electrical work has to be done by a licensed contractor in both states. Ask any electrician for their number, and be wary of one who will not give it.
SAA accredited for solar
Solar accreditation is what most rebates and manufacturer warranties require. An unaccredited install can cost you both.

Tesla and Enphase accredited installers
Accredited for both, so the recommendation is based on which suits your place rather than which one we are allowed to fit.
NECA member
Member of the National Electrical and Communications Association, the industry body for electrical contractors in Australia.
24 month workmanship warranty
All electrical work is warranted against defects in workmanship for 24 months from completion. Materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If something we did is not right, we come back and put it right.
